Information Criticore handles
Criticore may process account details received during sign-in, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. It also stores information you provide while using the service, including classes, topics, discussions, assignments, submissions, feedback, uploaded files, and plan or order records.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, provide classroom and learning features, show the correct account and plan, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests. Content is sent to external analysis services only when you choose a feature that needs that processing.
Service providers
Criticore relies on service providers to operate enabled features, including cloud hosting and databases, Google sign-in, file storage, plagiarism detection, and AI-assisted feedback. These providers process only the information needed for the requested feature and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Sharing and visibility
Classroom content may be visible to teachers, students, or administrators who have access to that class. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or during a legitimate change in service ownership.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to operate Criticore, meet legitimate administrative requirements, or resolve disputes. We use access controls and encrypted connections where supported, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your account information by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or transaction purposes. You can also stop using Google sign-in by revoking Criticore's access from your Google account settings.
